With dynamic energy, modern vision, and inherited wisdom, he is steering Dhanraj into the future with a rare fusion of passion and professionalism, driving growth with a global outlook.
His strategy is agile, data-driven, design-oriented, and innovationled, and it includes everything from introducing sustainable construction methods and customer-first digital journey to deploying AI-powered CRMs. Jay believes that in today’s world, real estate is defined by experiences, not just square foot.
